Excellent villa, garden, views and host!

Some appliences slightly outdated.

I was getting married in a beach bar in Schinias and got dressed there with my mates. The house was spotlessly clean. Fantastic view from the main balcony and the rooms. The balcony now has a shed (it's not shown in the photos) which protects you from the summer sun and makes the balcony useable the whole day! Big kitchen and secured parking space. 10' drive to the Schinias beach bars and 5' drive to a couple of nice taverns. Ms Helen (owner), who resides downstairs on a separate house, was a brilliant host and met us with fresh fruits! Nice quite area ideal for relaxed vacations! Totally recommend it!!!

The house is beautiful, large, the view was unbelievable. It was large enough to accommodate 5 people and a cat. Originally, before the humidity problems, this must have been an awesome villa. However, maintenance and renovations are desperately needed. Our stay was pleasant but we wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want to stay in the house constantly and not move. The view was breathtaking, but to reach the beach, the village or the town you need to be a super-hero driver.

The location is so remote, you are passing by broken and narrow roads that we were scared for our car constantly. We had to throw our garbage in a remote place and use the car. We had to buy our own bags because at the villa we had only a set of 2 which covered only 2 days. To park in front of the villa, you are passing a driver's nightmare, down the hill, almost 70% declined, with double curve... The house did not have cleaning products (other than a little dishwashing soap) to clean the surfaces during our stay so we had to buy them. Cooking was quite difficult because the oven was not functional, while pans and pots were old, overused and dirty. We managed, but these small details would make the whole experience so much better. We recommend adjusting the price to the actual service and then it would all be perfect. On one of our days, we saw a huge snake in front of the house.
