Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $345 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

Excellent staff at the Ritz! Condo was as described and lovely view. We felt right at home! The host was quick to fix an issue concerning towels. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen equipment was efficient for cooking which we like to do. The area was quiet minus the construction work next door. We enjoyed using the facility theatre for two evenings ‘out’. All in all a wonderful place to stay!
