About this house rental

Our exclusive holiday home AM ALTEN DEICH is located directly on the dike with an unobstructed view of the picturesque cutter and marina. The house offers 96 square meters of space for six people and is on the ground floor handicapped accessible.
The bright and modern kitchen, with fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area for 6 people and very comfortable living area with LCD TV and stereo invites you to linger. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a handicap accessible barrier-free shower room. The upper floor offers on the gallery a cozy seating area with stunning views of the dike and another retreat to relax and unwind. Upstairs, two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, offer restful sleep. Adjacent is a second shower room with toilet.
An inviting terrace allows relaxation in fresh East Frisian air.

Meine Mutter und ich haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war blitzsauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit vielen liebevollen Details und viel Geschmack. Es entspricht voll den Fotos bzw. ist in natura noch schöner. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Das Schlafzimmer sowie das große behindertengerechte Bad im Erdgeschoss machen einen Familienurlaub mit den Großeltern ebenfalls möglich. Die Lage ist auch für Menschen, die nicht mehr gut zu Fuß sind, ideal. Der Weg in den Ort ist dadurch sehr gut zu schaffen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Unterkunft. Es fehlte nichts. Nahe am Ort, aber doch sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Ein sehr netter Vermieter. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Bei der Immobilie stimmt einfach ALLES! Die Lage ist grandios. Ruhig, aber zentral. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Nur bei "voller" Besetzung (6 Personen - unten 2 + oben 4) könnte es "oben" im Bad ein bisschen eng werden. Dafür entschädigt "oben" der wunderbare Blick in den Hafen. Darum insgesamt *****-Sterne
