Lovely friendly host, incredible bird watching and the location is just beautiful. Moonfleet had everything we needed.

The views were amazing. The sunset superb. A great location

The property needs a lot of investment. All the taps are new but poorly fitted and wobbly. The patio is uneven and the chair feet fall through the cracks. The patio and path to the property are a trip hazard and dangerous. The en-suite shower did not work. The shower in the downstairs bathroom leaks so a towel is placed there to catch the drips and is soaking only after a short while. The toilets did not flush everything away. I could go on but I felt it needed a proper re vamp. Having said all that the garden overlooks perfect views. The kitchen had everything you need. I’m afraid it fell below what I had expected. All the things I have mentioned are easy to resolve if they are listened too. We had a great time and the weather allowed us plenty of time to enjoy the wildlife in the garden and the views beyond. The property is in an excellent location and parking was great. I’m sorry if this is not what you want to read but it is just how I found the property to be.
