The house consists of a large living room with sofa and TV. 1 WC. The fully equipped kitchen is located in the veranda with access to the terrace and the garden. The garden is fenced and closed and overlooks the beach.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms including a parent (bed 160) with closet and sea view. The second is composed of a bunk bed (90) with wardrobe and courtyard view. A shower room with 1 WC sanibroyeur.
Private parking space.
The residence includes a common swimming pool secured with code and monitored during the summer.
You are 8 minutes walk from the center of Frontignan-Plage with all amenities. Restaurants, shops, tobacco, mini market with bakery.
You are 15 minutes from Frontignan with a market and supermarket, 40 minutes from Montpellier and 25 minutes from Sète by car.

Das Haus war recht klein und ein wenig französisch in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war unglaublich sauber und es war alles!!!vorhanden. Der absolute Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Über den Garten zum Türchen heraus und man ist am Strand. Check in und Check Out waren sehr easy und nett und persönlich. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen, denn wir haben uns ehr wohl gefühlt.
