Fantail on Goldleaf is a relaxed, comfortable three bedroom Queenstown holiday home located in an elevated and convenient alpine location with Wi-Fi. This home invites you to enjoy truly stunning views from a light and spacious vantage point.
French doors open off the lounge/dining areas giving you two separate private outdoor living options. The view from the front deck is spectacular - you are in a private leafy enclosure looking out to breathtaking views of beautiful Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables and Cecil Peak. Outdoor furniture makes this an ideal spot to sit and relax or enjoy a meal against an idyllic backdrop.
The upper level of this light and roomy Queenstown holiday home offers a master bedroom with one king bed and a second bedroom with one queen bed. On the ground level, the third bedroom has two single beds. The home has two large bathrooms (one on each level with one newly renovated in 2021) and also full laundry facilities.
Two heating options are available, with both a wood burner and a heat pump to keep you warm and cosy on those chilly nights.
The new (2021) designer kitchen has a wide window allowing ample natural light as well as access to the amazing views. It has plenty of bench space and is equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Fantail on Goldleaf is situated within close proximity to both Frankton and Queenstown, giving you access to the many fun activities Queenstown has to offer, including jet boating, bungy jumping, hiking, skiing, swimming, horse riding, wineries and more! If you are looking for activities closer to you holiday home, a community tennis court is directly across the road and is available for your use.

As there is a drop from the carpark to the concrete driveway without a barrier, all guests should take care in this area. As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.Please note that a surveillance camera will be operating along the driveway for added security during your stay. Please note that the driveway and path to the house is steepPlease note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. My family of 5 from Minnesota USA- First time in New Zealand and this is the first place we stayed. After LONG travels we finally arrived and found this home to be absolutely perfect for us! The views were great, the place was CLEAN and spacious.
