Located in the heart of Sun Valley, this newly refreshed 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has two levels and will fit 8 guests. As you approach the condo, there is a large deck out front with outdoor seating. On the main level is the living area with a 50-inch flat-screen Smart TV. (Fireplace is inoperable.) There are 2 Queen sofa sleepers. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the dining table seats 4. There is a bathroom with a shower and a single sink, and a stacked washer/dryer in the entry closet.

Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a Queen bed, a 20-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and corner windows for good light and Mt views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top, a full on the bottom, and a 14-inch TV. There is a full-size hallway bath that is shared by the two bedrooms. The bath has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. There is no A/C in the condo.

Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenity passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During the peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, a hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time.

Please note: The Villager Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties. Please call our office if you are traveling with a service animal so we can help you find the best property for your stay. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
