Harmonia Panorama Apartments

We absolutely loved this property!!! The location was great, a little outside of Budva (probably 25th a walk from the Old Town) but right on the beach & actually suited us perfectly, as the location was quieter. The view from the window also was insane! The facilities were great, there was a good sized kitchen for some self catering, a nice bathroom (slight issues with the shower, see below) & a very comfortable bed. There was also a gym & infinity pool/beach club that were part of the main hotel but could also be used by guests as well, both of which were a fabulous, unexpected addition! I was sad to have only discovered the reformer Pilates studio on site at the very end of my stay. Another added bonus was the fresh matcha stand right outside the property, which was a delight each morning! Both my friend & I commented that we could live here… would highly recommend & would definitely visit again if I found myself in Montenegro!

Only thing really that could be improved would be the shower… anything more than a few minutes & it flooded, I think this was partly because the shower cubicle didn’t close properly but if left for 10-15 minutes, the water did drain & was fine for the next person to use.

On balance, we enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel apartment, but with some reservations. On the positive side, our 8th floor unit was very clean and well equipped despite its compact size. It provided a beautiful view across the small bay to Budva’s Old Town. Daria, the property manager, was very helpful, kind, and responsive to our concerns.

We were a bit disappointed to find neither the clothes washer nor the safe in working order when we arrived; both had to be repaired the following morning. A bigger disappointment was the construction work taking place immediately above us, with loud drilling and hammering disrupting our Saturday morning rest; at the very least, we should have been forewarned of this, with an opportunity to look elsewhere or to request a reduction in the substantial room rate. Guest parking at a daily rate of EUR 15 is available on the grounds of this large complex.

The view was perfect, a beautiful view across the bay, air conditioning was excellent, very comfortable bed

We thought we were getting the facilities set out in our booking confirmation as follows : Facilities : Private bathroom, Balcony, Sea view, Mountain view, Landmark view, City view, Air conditioning, Kitchen, Safety deposit box, Washing machine, Toilet, Sofa, Bath or shower, Hardwood or parquet floors, Towels, Linen, Socket near the bed, Desk, Children's high chair, Seating Area, Soundproofing, Private entrance, TV, Refrigerator, Ironing facilities, Satellite channels, Tea/Coffee maker, Iron, Microwave, Heating, Flat-screen TV, Hairdryer, Kitchenware, Fan, Carpeted, Electric kettle, Outdoor furniture, Outdoor dining area, Dishwasher, Cable channels, Private pool, Tumble dryer, Wardrobe or closet, Oven, Stovetop, Dining area, Dining table, Upper floors accessible by elevator, Clothes rack, Fold-up bed, Drying rack for clothing, Toilet paper, Child safety socket covers, Sofa bed, Entire unit wheelchair accessible, Hand sanitiser etc However our main disappointment was that there was no balcony, no available use of the safe (it was broken), no pool availability without paying extra cost. We feel we were misled by facilities offered.
