Spacious well appointed room with large bathroom and fabulous shower. Short walk from the Old Port - easily managed with luggage.
Access to the property is direct from the road - there is no pavement

Location was good. Room itself was nice with a good view
Customer service wasn’t great. There isn’t someone at the suites all the time. I turned up to check in and no one was there and there was no one to contact. Some of the housekeeping ladies were friendly. When I ran out of soap, the guy at reception told me to go to a shop after checking a different room. I asked a different housekeeping lady later and she went to a different room to get me soap. Entrance is quite dangerous. The door is right on the roadside so you could get hit by a car. Communications on the booking.com messages also wasn’t great.
