The resort needs a lot of maintenance and renovations. The management seems ok running things cheap and maintain okish standards. Staff are nice group, very warm and helpful and trying to meditate and intervene but as mentioned earlier they can’t fix it all unless management start doing better. Gym was not working, first room given was really bad but then moved to another one. Spoke to the manager and he seems decent person but not trying to fix anything. Also, the staff seems to be very underpaid and overworked. Hopefully this would be fixed as well. One night price is equal to 4 employees monthly incomes. For ethical travellers, maybe you can consider this when you book this resort.
