Large room, large closed and a nice drawer chest. Very clean. Cool even w/o turning on the A/C

No place for the soap bar next to the hand-wash basin. Reasonably efficient remore procedure for check-in/out, but given that is similar price as a 4-star hotel I would have liked a human presence !

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, warm, and very clean! Check-in was smooth!

I didn’t like the fact that I had to take a photo of my passport before check-in, as it felt unnecessary and raised privacy concerns.

The location is outside the center, but it is in a less noisy and well connected area. The room was quite spacious and we also had shared kitchen and a yard. There was everything needed as amenities in the property.

Since the room was on the first floor, looking to the street, it was a little bit noisy from the outside and pedestrians were passing in front of the window. The other guests were quite noisy through the quiet hours - especially in the late evening and early morning.

Overall, I would rate my stay as satisfactory at best. I was visiting for work and expected reliable internet, but the Wi-Fi was very slow and unstable throughout my stay. The apartment was also much smaller than it appeared in the photos and felt quite cramped. There were plumbing issues as well: water drained very slowly in both the shower and sink. A plumber improved the shower situation, but the sink remained problematic. I was also surprised to be told that only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a four-day stay. Thankfully, a cleaner kindly gave us an extra roll when I asked. Additionally, the kettle was dirty and covered in limescale, which was disappointing given that the kitchen is shared. One final note for future guests: when I stayed in May 2024, many streets in the area were closed, making parking very difficult and time-consuming. Overall, I did not find the stay particularly comfortable and would not be eager to recommend these apartments based on my experience.
