About this villa rental

My newly renovated place is 500 yards from the white sands and warm Caribbean waters in Dickenson Bay. On the first floor there is a spacious living and kitchen area with a 32" flat screen TV. The living area can convert to a second bedroom with a queen size sofa bed. On the second floor is the Air Conditioned master suite with a King Size bed and breath taking views of the Caribbean Sea. There is a beautifully finished bathroom with twin sinks and a spacious shower area. There is a front and rear balcony (Sun or Shade - your choice). There are 4 restaurants within walking distance with the world renowned Coconut Grove Bar and restaurant a 3 minute walk from your front door. Relax and watch the sunset with an Old Fashioned Rum Punch.
Onsite there is a reception to help with your needs during your stay including activity bookings or car rental. Taxis are also available on site. There is a mini mart within the complex. A large supermarket is a five minute taxi ride or if you are feeling energetic a 20 minute walk. My place is suitable for Couples or families. No better place to relax and unwind.

The apartment is well equipped and has plenty of storage. A large upstairs bedroom with effient air conditioning overlooks the pool and gardens and out to sea. The lower floor has a comfortable lounge with kitchen area and two balconies. We ate out on the larger balcony every day enjoying the beautiful gardens. Housekeepng came in every other day to change towels etc and the whole Village is very well maintained. There are three or four good restaurants within walking distance and a large supermarket a short taxi ride away. We particularly enjoyed being able to being able to walk straight out onto the lovely beach and come back to use the sunbeds around the pool, which never seemed busy. It was a wonderful stay.

Our arrival and check in process went very well. The condo was as described and very clean.
Mary responded punctually on any questions that we had.
If Antigua gets back on our winter travel lists, then Mary’s property will again be one our top considerations.

We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 teenagers and it was perfect! The unit was on the 2nd floor (with the living room/kitchen) and the 3rd floor (bathroom and HUGE bedroom with king bed). The unit was a bit older but VERY well looked after and it was so clean and had everything we needed! It was exactly as it was represented online, which is nice.
We opted to just use the kitchen to whip up quick breakfasts and lunches and ate out every night for dinner. So we didn’t use the stove but it has a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the things you would need in a kitchen. The balcony was so comfortable to enjoy morning coffee and afternoon wine. The beds were comfortable as well. We opted to get one of our sons a cot which was delivered right as we arrived. Tons of room for a family of 4!
The staff is so wonderful!!! Very friendly, helpful with everything we needed. The owner checked in via email a couple of times which I thought was very nice.
We rented a car and the grocery store was a 2 minute drive. The location of this unit is perfect for staying put all day (tons of beach activities and restaurants!) or to get around the island. An absolute MUST is the Kon Tiki swim out bar!
We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tropical getaway. It is definitely not a party resort, but a wonderful, quiet place to come home to at the end of a long beach day.
I think it’s safe to say, we WILL be back!
