The unit is a little small and can be somewhat noisy (especially from the unit above), but this is all overcome by the location. Ground floor with walk out access to the pool or public beach access. This public beach had plenty of space even on a sunny July 4th.

Very clean, basic needs studio. Easy check-in/out. Nice pool. Safe parking. Pet friendly. Great beach access across the street. Close to 30A hotspots.
