Magnificent 3BR, 3Bath Private Pool Villa #4215 at the Westin St. John Resort. We own the following 4 weeks in 2026 - dates can't be changed (Sunday-Sunday).

IMPORTANT 3BR CLARIFICATION: AT THE WESTIN ST. JOHN RESORT...3BRS ADVERTISED ARE NOT ALL THE SAME - THIS IS A 3BR 'POOL VILLA'....NOT A 3BR "BAY VISTA" or "CORAL VISTA" or "SUNSET BAY" VILLA. HUGE difference! The POOL VILLAS are the "MACK DADDYS" of this Resort! The 3BR 'Pool Villas' were built from scratch and have their own private pools, courtyards and 2,850 sq.ft. of two level space! The 3BR Pool Villas are NOT 'up the hill'. They are on FLAT GROUND and do not require incline walking. Parking is right in front of the Villa. The new 3BR 'BAY VISTA' and "CORAL VISTA" and "SUNSET BAY" units are hotel rooms converted into timeshare condos. They are HALF OR LESS the square footage (1,200-1,470 inc. balconies) of the Pool Villas and DO NOT have private pools. Parking for the Coral and Bay Vista and Sunset Bay Villas is in the hotel's parking lot far away. BEFORE BOOKING: ASK....IS THIS A 3BR POOL VILLA?
Spectacular, rare, 3BR, 3BA, 'Pool Villa' #4215 . 2,850 sq.ft., 2-level Villa w/private waterfall pool! Private courtyard, with pool, waterfall, BBQ area, and bar serving inside & outside pool service! Fully furnished & equipped interior features 3 BRs, with 3 of Westin's signature king-sized 'Heavenly Beds,' 3 baths, kitchen w/all appliances (call or e-mail ahead and they will stock your groceries), laundry room w/washer/dryer, Big Flat Screen TVs in all BRs, & a CD/DVD in the living room. FREE wi-fi (with superb reception) in the Villa and around the entire resort, too!
Sleeps up to 10 using the queen-size sleep sofa & 2 rollaways (rollaways are obtained through the front desk on a first come, first serve basis). After a perfect day, take a Jacuzzi, then have a private, poolside family BBQ dinner! Leave your French Doors open, & fall asleep to the soothing sounds of your own pool waterfall!
In addition to your own self-contained private vacation oasis, you also have full access to every amenity offered at the adjoining Westin St. John! The world-class resort features a sugar-white beachfront location on Great Cruz Bay, one of the Caribbean's largest pools, 2 large hot tubs, fine & casual dining, a fabulous spa/gym, a kids club, & teen club w/ video arcade games & a flat screen TV, manicured lawns, & one of the most enviable resort locations anywhere!
The on-site Watersports Team offers sailing, private yacht & boat rentals, snorkeling trips, & every imaginable tour. On the beach, there is also the use of the non-motorized water toys. There is also a fantastic on-site deli, pizzeria, and shopping (outstanding jewelry store). For the kids, a superior kids & teen club, Iguana Feedings, & loads of free give-aways, arts & crafts, sandsculpting contests, scavenger hunts, babysitting services, sightseeing tours, and tennis, pickleball or sailing lessons. The Westin Resort also offers free pool-side 'Dive-In Movie' Nights. Enjoy first run movies on a huge screen pool side while floating in the pool under the stars, chomping on free popcorn!
St. John is by far the prettiest and most pristine of the US Virgin Islands. Thanks to Laurence Rockefeller, approximately two-thirds of the island was deeded to the US Park Service as National Park area... that means NO overcrowding, NO high-rises, and simply NO development over most of the island. With dozens and dozens of spectacular, crescent-shaped beaches and nooks and crannies around the entire island, you will always find a deserted beach all to yourself!
As an added plus...there's also oodles of other islands (both US and British Virgins) just a few minutes away you can visit by sail or speed boat. This protected little gem of an island is one of the most picturesque places our family has ever been to...and we have been to Hawaii, Fiji, Tahiti, the Greek Islands, Africa, Asia, Japan, China, most of the Caribbean, Mexico, Brazil and elsewhere.
The Westin St. John is ez to get to. After arrival in St. Thomas, the Westin's check-in desk is right at baggage pick up. Check in, and hop on their bus. They drive you to Red Hook, you board their private ferry, and after a 15 minute boat ride across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to St. John, they drop you off right at the Westin Dock. They hand you a cold rum swizzle or fruit punch drink, and golf cart you to your Villa! Your baggage arrives minutes later!
If you need anything once you've unpacked...phone 'Service Express' and they'll take care of your needs instantly! And, the Villa includes mid-week Maid Service, and mid-week Pool Service. Don't feel like doing laundry? A simple daily call to Service Express provides you with fresh towels and clean linens everyday! BIG BONUS: There is a giant and FANTASTIC full grocery store right next to the Resort...literally a 3 minute walk away!
Our Pool Villa is usually one of the only 3BR Pool Villa units available these dates, as THIS RESORT IS USUALLY SOLD OUT THESE WEEKS EVERY YEAR! Even if a 3BR Pool Villa were available through the Westin's Front Desk...the 3BR Pool Villas rented out at over $25,000 per week for these same periods- that is - IF there was availability (the Westin's 3BR Pool Villas are extremely popular with their owners, and are rarely available as rental units). Call their front desk and ask if any 3BR Pool Villas are available...you'll see!

This place was beautiful and everything as stated! Jesse was great and a served all of our questions before the trip to prepare us. The staff at the Westin was super helpful and always willing to help. Would definitely go back.

Great stay/trip overall. The Westin property itself delivered as hoped - solid accommodations, staff service, and amenities. The host was communicative and responsive when needed/wanted.

Immaculate spacious condo a short walk from Westin amenities. We utilized the Westin ferry from the airport- very convenient, professional, and you arrive at the Westin Dock- $125 or 140 round trip- Vacationing on St John is very, very special- but it does involve transportation from St Thomas- there is a wait for ground transportation, a 30 minute ride to the ferry( for both the regular Cruz Bay Ferry or the Westin Ferry) - and ferries run every 2 hours. This admittedly adds time to your travel days.
The condo was perfect- it has its own small waterfall pool and is very well equipped- but you also have the Westin Concierge, shops , bar restaurants etc- there are beach / pool towels, Westin Transportation, Westin services including water sports , access to taxis and a cleaning by hotel staff midweek.
The Westin property is secure, beautifully maintained.
St John is spectacular- beaches, snorkeling, hiking and restaurants.

We loved having the best of both worlds with this property...a resort to enjoy as well as a private villa with a pool. It ended up being a perfect home base as we explored the island of St. John. Jesse was great to work with and made sure our reservation was squared away with Westin Vacation Club. We would love to come back in the future and utilize Jesse's week!
