About this apartment rental
This very spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Private balcony offers slope views to the south and there are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Corner unit location ensures a quieter stay. Centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.
The spacious entryway offers mounted hooks, cubbies and a long bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The open living area has a flat screen TV next to a stone gas fireplace and oversized furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed offering an additional sleeping arrangement. Extra linens are in a closet. Off of the living area is the private balcony where you can enjoy slope views to the south and mountain views to the north.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances. The dining area is set away from the main living area and features a beautiful wood table that comfortably seats six. There are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The spacious primary suite features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and its own entrance to the private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a door separates the toilet area and shower/tub combination for added privacy. The guest bedroom has two twin-sized beds and a flat screen TV.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Lovely condo with lots of windows and sunlight. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Only complaint would be the noise level at night. Condo is close to downtown Keystone and there are quite a few noisy intoxicated people walking the streets at night.

This property is conveniently located to all that Keystone has to offer! Great location with a very short walk to the River Run Gondola. The main reason I did not rate this property 5 out of 5 was due to parking. We were only provided with a single vehicle parking pass; with a 6 person condo, including gear, there was no way we could stay with only a single vehicle. Therefore, our second vehicle cost 25 per overnight in the Keystone lot, which certainly was an added expense for our 7 night stay, so that was an added expense. Plus, one of the nights, we were given a parking citation because we parked in the wrong area of the lot for overnight…a little frustrating. We stayed in the adjacent Silvermill Condos the prior year, where 2 parking passes were provided, which helped with that expense. I would definitely consider the parking expense if staying at this property in the future.
