Our beautiful 2000 sq ft open plan, split bedroom single family pool home is spacious and airy and situated in Lely overlooking the 5th green on Hibiscus Golf Course.

* Second bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath with grab rail.

Our recently decorated open plan split bedroom single family home is situated in Lely overlooking the 5th Green on the Hibiscus Golf Course.
Relaxing in the 1800 sq ft of outdoor space you can marvel at the sounds of the wildlife - birdsong, cane frogs, ducks, storks and egrets as they come to visit the water area between us and the golf course which can be viewed from our Lanai.
Our large kidney shaped pool is heated to 85 degrees all year round.
For alfresco cooking our outdoor kitchen comes complete with BBQ and rotisserie. For your convenience there is an outdoor fridge and bar enabling cocktails to be enjoyed whilst you sit and watch the sunset.
It's all about outdoor living but if you want a cosy night in the house has a formal dining area for 6.
The main focal point within the house is the large open plan magnificent Professional Chefs kitchen. Fully equipped with enough crockery for 12 people. Granite work surfaces, double stainless steel fridge and freezer with ice maker and plenty of cold strorage. Additionally there is a bottled water cooler so there is always refreshing tasty water available. Stainless steel dishwasher and plenty of storage cupboards.
From the kitchen is a view of the large and airy open plan lounge with seating for 6 people, a large wall mounted TV, Chromecast, and Wifi.
Situated on the west side of the house is the master suite with walk in closet, separate shoe closet and large closet with extra hanging space. The duel aspect patio doors open onto the patio with views of the pool and 5th fairway.
The fully fitted master bathroom has an oversize shower with grab rail and duel sinks.
On the east side of the house are 2 guest bedrooms both with large closets. These bedrooms are newly painted and have new furniture, new king size mattresses, new bed linen and towels. One has a smart TV. They share a bathroom with jacuzzi tub and overhead shower.
The nearest supermarket is Publix and is only a 2 minute drive away. Naples 5th Ave, the famous 3rd Street and Tin City are less than 10'minutes drive. Marco Island is 10 minutes and in a further 30 minutes you are in The Everglades. There is so much to see and do one visit will not be enough.

First class property in a great location. The house was clean and had all the amenities required. The house owner always answered any questions we had quickly. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a fabulous stay! It's convenient to everything in Naples and in a gorgeous, quiet neighbourhood. The house is immaculate, beautiful and has all the comforts of home! The beds are very comfortable, the baths are huge, the kitchen is fully equipped and the pool area with its outdoor kitchen is fantastic. Ann and Gill are perfect hosts. They were so helpful and responsive. Thank you! We hope to come back soon

We had an amazing time at this house it was very welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a huge hit with our group, and we spent countless hours enjoying it. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay
