About this house rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2bath, plus outdoor shower, single family cottage. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen bed and double/single bunk bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 7 people. The cottage is equipped with cable TV and Wifi The kitchen is fully updated and equipped with everything you should need. A gas grill is in the back yard, just off the side deck. Situated east of Route 1, a few blocks from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of sun, surf, walking on the boardwalk and later watch the sunset from the front porch.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as great restaurants within walking distance and evening attractions on the boardwalk.

Loved this house. Convenient to everything. House beautiful, clean and very organized. House has everything you need. Nancy a great host. She answered questions immediately with check in smooth. No issues at all. Had a great week with my family.

Very responsive host! The check-in process was easy and we walked into an extremely pleasant, clean and homey beach house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice and well-stocked with everything that you would need, and the outdoor shower was convenient and easy to use. The beach was a 3 minute walk away with very little traffic. We enjoyed several restaurants within walking distance toward the boardwalk. This house was the perfect balance of being far enough away from the busy boardwalk area and close enough to not have to drive for most of the attractions. Our family had an amazing time.

We rented this property to have a family vacation with our adult children. The three bedrooms and two full baths, allowed 3 couples to stay comfortably. The whole house is well equipped with everything you could need from pencil and paper to laundry detergent and a clothes line out back that comes in handy for all those suits and towels. The outside shower is also a plus! The home is very nicely decorated, well kept and clean. We grilled local fish on the deck a few nights.
The beach is a short walk which makes it easy to enjoy a full day at the beach and still come up for a lunch break. It is also a short walk into town, which my husband and son enjoyed just about every night for ice cream! Don't miss the Farmer's Market on Sunday morning.
Nancy (the owner) was very helpful when I asked about some local restaurants and places to launch our paddle boards. We had a fabulous week and made lots of precious memories :) We will be back!

Our second visit to this property. Even though it’s 2-years later, the cottage is just as beautiful and welcoming as our first time. Nancy and her family go out of their way to provide a clean, well appointed, and comfortable beach cottage, Great location to everything. We will only stay here when we come back.
