About this apartment rental
Located in Chicago’s Andersonville & Edgewater area.
Down the street from Loyola's campus and near great restaurants like Lonesome Rose, Lady Gregory, Big Jones, Anti Prima... the list goes on and on. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Jewel, and Devon Market.
Shopping and lakefront 5 -10 min plenty of parking if you're renting a car or driving. Although between Uber & Lyft you really don't need a car or conveniently located for a short ride to all the destinations & hot spots and it's a short walk to the red line train.
The three bedroom apartment is fully furnished, bright sunny, amazing layout and well appointed. Anything you could possibly need when traveling is here and in unit.
The 3 bedrooms have Tempur-pedic mattresses and for new clean pillows per bed. 2 firm pillows and 2 soft per bed.
The living room has a 85" 3D smart TV with netflix with and all the premium cable channels, so you can keep up with the latest episodes and rent any current release...
It includes a fully equipped kitchen.

The Neighborhood is safe and quiet. It serves as an excellent balance between downtown shopping and all the amazing small Chicago neighborhoods.

We ask that you be honest with how many guests will be staying in the unit- MAX is 6 people.
We do confirm amount of people staying in unit by ring camera .
No need to make beds your final day we strip beds and do a deep clean and disinfect between each guest. The property is clean and immaculate. that's what the cleaning fee is for. I don't expect guests to clean and strip beds and do all kinds of crazy stuff at the end of their vacation. I try to keep the day of check-in and the day of checkout open so that you can check in anytime and check out anytime with no stress. I don't like guests to feel rushed.

If we could give ten stars, we would! This is hands down the best B&B we have ever stayed at. The house itself is stunning—beautifully designed, thoughtfully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been considered, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming.The hosts are exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, genuinely thoughtful, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Their warmth and care made us feel more like treasured guests than just visitors.We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Chicago. This place has completely set the standard for what a B&B should be. Highly, highly recommended!

We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world and John was simply the best host ever. He's an interior designer so the spacious apartment was spectacular in every way. Comfy beds, gorgeous lights on dimmers, 3 types of coffee makers, luxurious towels and furnishings, a super relaxing, secluded backyard, free parking and everything you could possibly need. If something went wrong, he was on it immediately. And so many extra touches - a bottle of wine, fully stocked kitchen, free tickets to a comedy club, even a welcome sign with our names. The location was perfect - away from the frenzy of downtown, but on an elegant, tree-lined street, walking distance to beach and restaurants; Whole Foods and vintage shops, and a short drive to city center and just about everywhere. We did have one issue that was completely out of his control and he was heroic in resolving it. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. If you are lucky enough to find this home available -- grab it! We, for sure, will be back!
