Large sunny kitchen. Living room has 2 couches, Direct TV, Blu-ray player. Dining area has table seating up to 8. Ceiling fans throughout. Central air and heating plus wood-burning stove. The house was kid and pet friendly with a large yard for them to run and play. There was plenty of space for my family of 4 with medium sized dog. Kitchen was equipped with the necessities. Jim wasadequately responsive too.

Comfortable bed, safe location, Beautiful surroundings, owner had helpful items like day cooler, and Ziploc baggies that we were able to use for our outings to Yosemite each day. It’s a good deal for the price you pay. It’s an old house, that smells old, and feels old, but all items seem to be working. Our only suggestion would be that they have the heat turned up above 45 on a December evening when we arrive- it was a chilly welcome and took a while to get the house up to a comfortable temperature.
