Welcome to Casa de la Vista, your private beachfront home in an exclusive, upscale area of the Placencia Peninsula. The home blends comfort with Caribbean charm and amazing ocean and mountain views. Upstairs is the main, light filled, open living area along with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the mesmerizing ocean views from each of the living areas as well as the outdoor veranda which runs the length of the house overlooking your private beach and ocean. French Doors lead from the Living Room and Master Bedroom to the large covered veranda. From the veranda is a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop deck with beautiful 360 degree views of the Caribbean sea, 20 islands, the back-bay, Mayan mountains and stunning sunsets.
This is the most beautiful area of the Peninsula and is conveniently located just a mile north of Maya Beach where you will find groceries, great restaurants and bars. We are away from the noise and dust of Placencia Village but it is an easy drive down the main paved road to the Village where you will find numerous great shops, restaurants, beach bars, vegetable stands and live music.
Swim, snorkel, beachcomb or relax in the pool or a hammock on the deck - all available here at your vacation home. We have paddeboards and bikes to enhance your beach vacation. Belize is an amazing natural wonder with the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. Exceptional diving, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, bird watching, kayaking, Mayan ruins, cave tubing, zip lining, jungle hikes and waterfalls as well as cave spelunking. Our local Manager can be your tour guide or setup your excursions to Monkey River, the ATM cave, deep-sea fishing, zip lining, diving and snorkeling tours. You can charter a private boat to pick you up in front of the house on the pier. After a day of exploring the many wonders of Belize, return home for a refreshing dip in your private pool or a swim in the calm, warm Caribbean waters from your beach. Relax and enjoy the stunning views from the breezeway, pool deck, covered veranda and the roof top observation deck. We have a wide selection of games for your family game night.

This properly is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. Christine you have one beautiful home here.The property manager, Leo was on top of every adventure we wanted to do. Every day we did something new. The property is located perfectly. Where shopping ,restaurants, grocery store are very easy to get to with just a short car ride maybe a couple minutes only. We are already planning our next trip back to the same house beautifully located on the Caribbean Sea.. Christina thank you for letting my wife and I stay at your place. We had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa de la Vista. The house was exactly as described—beautifully maintained, amazing views and containing everything we needed for our stay. The pictures don't do it justice - the beach is even more exceptional in person!What really made our stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality from Christine, Leo and team. They were incredibly responsive, provided great recommendations and went above and beyond in every way. They took such great care of us during our visit, even ensuring the beach and sand were cleaned daily. Their attention to detail exceeded anything I could have imagined.We loved our time here and sincerely hope to return many more times. It was the perfect home for a family vacation, and I can’t recommend it enough.Note: for those traveling with infants, you'll need to take precautions as the house isn't necessarily toddler-proofed (although they even had a pack n play ready for us!). But we expected that and came prepared / paid extra close attention to our toddler when they were outside and by the stairs. We had no issues and our young children loved it as much as we did!
