About this house rental
The Alpenglow Haus has 3000 square feet of beauty, comfort, and spacious living!
The Alpenglow Haus has a large kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches that make it unique and welcoming.
There are loads of games as well as books, toys, and sleds for kids to enjoy.
Spacious Kitchen with: Two Refrigerators, Double Ovens, Pantry Space
Small appliances including crockpot, mixer, blender, rice cooker, food processor, waffle maker, foil, plastic wrap, enough silverware, dishes, and glasses for large groups.
This home also has a convenient location in Steamboat's mountain village. It's a quiet residential area up off the valley floor, so you'll have nice views of mountains and the valley, but it's also very convenient to the ski slopes, restaurants, shops, and Steamboat's free bus system. **Please note - the Alpenglow Haus is technically a duplex home, with an attached apartment that is long term rented to a local resident. You have your own entrance and driveway.

Parking is on the same level as the entrance. One flights of stairs inside unit.
6 minute walk to Free Bus stop takes you right to the slopes!

Overall the property was good, my personal opinion is that it is priced a little on the high side for what you get, but it was clean and had ample space for our group.
The master bed only had 1 sheet because fitted won’t work because of added egg crate on top of mattress, The other beds were perfect.
There was only 1/2 roll of the cheapest paper towels you can buy and not much toilet paper and there was no hand soap at most of the sinks.
So we bought hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
Overall we had a great time and trip! Can’t wait to come back to the Boat!

Great stay. Property was plenty big for our group of 14 and great location. Great beds, hot water, big kitchen. And lots of snow!!!!!

Property is great. Three floors with easy ski/boot access on the lower level. Plenty of space in the kitchen for lots of shared meals!
