Cozy Avalon cottage with one bedroom and one bath, can sleep up to four people. It is just perfect for a caring couple (with or without a couple of children) to relax and enjoy after experiencing all there is to do on the island. The bedroom features a queen bed and continental bunk beds (double mattress down and single above). From lounging in the living room equipped with an electric fireplace, to preparing your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen, you will enjoy the comfortable ambiance of this cottage. 317CE

The property is defiantley dated but a cute cottage. For the amount of revenue it generates you would think they would put a new toilet seat cover on.... it currently looked like it came off an old ship from nam, the pocket door being broken and the mildew shower curtain.... but those are small things compared to the big picture. The cottage was in a nice spot, the shower was hot and good pressure and best of all - it was cheaper than a hotel! I would stay again, thank you!

I grew up sailing over to Catalina ever year with my grandfather and we got the family to all get together again. The house was a perfect layout for my family, the only thing is the properties could use a little vamping. But it’s all the houses pretty much. All in all we enjoyed our stay
