A localização era ótima e o acesso à casa através do link muito fácil e útil, especialmente para viagens de grupo. A casa tem uma televisão grande e uma máquina de café e microondas o que dá sempre jeito. Além disso tem também secador, tábua de passar a ferro e máquina de lavar louça e roupa.
Em termos de limpeza o apartamento deixava muito a desejar. Imensas formigas tanto nas casas de banho como na cozinha e fronhas e edredons da cama com MUITAS marcas de sujidade (ver fotos). Além disso a cozinha vinha pouco equipada (tivemos de comprar uma colher de pau e pano da loiça), nem tinha sequer um escorredor da louça. Eramos 8 pessoas e apenas havia 7 garfos, 7 facas e 7 colheres.
