The apartment n ° 21 of the RESIDENCE AU GRAND SUD HYÈRES is the largest we can offer on the garden side.
It has three rooms for a total area of 38 m². The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. In the living room you will find a sofa bed for two people.
This comfortable T3 can accommodate up to six people.
Reversible climate control. Flat screen TV, stereo, free WiFi.
The kitchen area is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, mini oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker and espresso, various kitchen utensils.
You will enjoy enjoying the Riviera sun on the apartment's private and closed terrace.
A parking space for a vehicle is available at our hotel residence.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RESIDENCE IN GRAND SUD HYÈRES:
FEET IN THE WATER, the residence overlooks the fine sandy beach of the Sheepfold, gently sloping, regular and safe for children. Ideal place for holidays with family or friends with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH with no road to cross.
Magnificent view of the beach on the Islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and the Levant where you will experience superb sunrises.
At your disposal, in the large fenced garden facing the sea:
- barbecue area
- sunbathing and parasols
- playground with bowling green
- Ping pong table
- baby foot
- closed room for storing bikes, windsurfing boards ...
Family friendly place for a successful holiday by the Mediterranean.

You will have near the residence (150 m) a supermarket with bread and pastries, fruit & vegetables ..., 2 snacks and 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant, shops ... all on foot.
In La Capte and Giens, 2 km 5 on either side of the residence, you will find various shops, food and others, restaurants ...
A different market every day, night market every evening at the Port of Hyères.
The bus stop 200 m from the residence (shuttle taking you to the Fondue Tower, pier for Porquerolles) and to the city center or Hyères train station (about 7 km)

Nicole est très gentille. Elle nous a bien accueilli en arrivant.
Elle est disponible s’il y a des problèmes dans l’appartement pendant le séjour.
Nous prenions l’avion l’après-midi, elle nous a laissé de rester plus tard que l’heure départ.
Note bien: les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis, mais vous pouvez louer sur place.

Eine schöne Strandwohnung mit allem, was man braucht - tolle Lage direkt am Strand - alles fussläufig erreichbar ( kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurant etc. )

Très bon emplacement. Un peu bruyant le soir à cause des animations ucpa juste à côté. Mais comme on dit c’est les vacances
