In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
This beautifully updated Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Parkside villa with a deck, screened porch, and peaceful lagoon views. The villa is a five-minute walk to the beach, Night Heron Park, and The Sanctuary Hotel.
The villa has been tastefully remodeled with a new kitchen and all new floors throughout. The open main living space between the kitchen, dining, and living areas allows for easy meal preparation and entertaining. The living room offers comfortable seating on a leather sofa and two chairs, features a large screen TV, and grants access to the screened porch and deck. The dining area seats four and connects the living room and kitchen. The kitchen showcases quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large bar for serving meals.
The primary suite has a king bed, chair, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with shower, and relaxing lagoon views. The second bedroom offers two twin XL beds, a TV, and private access to the hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.
The villa boasts great outdoor space, all accessible from two sliding glass doors in the main living area. The screened porch features a desirable ceiling fan and a comfortable seating area to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The screened porch also opens to the back deck. The villa offers wonderful nature sightings and beautiful views year-round. The villa is conveniently located near bike trails and Night Heron Park, which offers a playground, basketball courts, and playing fields.
The villa is equipped with a large washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Great location, everything we needed was there for us. One critique, washing machine is in kitchen and let’s off a musty smell. Bike paths were great and could get to them very quickly. Beach was a quick bike ride away. Would stay again.

The accomdations were what I anticipated from a Kiawah villa. It was well furnished and clean.
We did have a problem with a termite swarm the second night. It took two stern emails that evening to get action. The property manager showed up the next morning an arranged maintenance and pest control to address the issue. Our final morning there we found three large palmetto bugs on the kitchen floor.
The villa needs to have a more aggresive pest control program.
