About this house rental
This vacation home is Palm Springs indoor-outdoor living with every single room having French doors that open to the outside. The master bedroom and second guest bedroom open to the private salt-water swimming pool and spa with mountain and palm tree views. The back pool area has plenty of outdoor seating including seating in the pool where you can put a chair and an umbrella in the shallow pool area and relax! There is an outdoor fire pit to make some S'mores , a yoga and exercise area (bench with Bowflex 5 to 60 lbs weights), and a shaded outdoor area with a dining room table for six, a swinging chair to sit and sip your morning coffee, and a grill.
The front bedroom opens out to an enclosed private front garden that is perfect for reading and relaxing with views of the mountains, palm trees, and olive trees.
The house is wired with speakers in the master bedroom, dining and living rooms that can be separately controlled for those days that you would like to rest indoors and listen to some music.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms have queen-sized beds and share a bathroom. In case some work needs to be done, there are bedside tables, and three desks, two in bedrooms and the third in the dining room area.
The house has high speed WiFi throughout the house including the pool area and patio. Every room has the same brand smart TV so that you don't have to worry about which remote control to use. There is a variety of games including cards, UNO, backgammon, Chess, dominos, water badminton, and a ping pong table. If you enjoy novels, please read one of the books or exchange one of your books for one here.

We really can’t say enough good things about this property! After my husband and I visited Palm Springs 20 years ago, we wanted to vacation there again with our 3 adult kids in honor of my birthday celebration. It was a very special occasion for us, and the home far exceeded my expectations. The host was beyond gracious and helpful, giving us all kinds of tips to make our stay memorable. It didn’t seem like just business to them; it was clear that they wanted us to enjoy everything. The house was perfectly clean, beautifully furnished (but also extremely comfortable) and equipped with everything we needed. I wanted a home that was old to give us the flavor of historic Palm Springs- and it was, but it was updated perfectly with charming design. The backyard was a small piece of Heaven, completely private with views of the mountain, and an utterly gorgeous pool and jacuzzi that made you want to stay there the whole time! However, the location was perfect as well- quiet and pretty, but close to restaurants, hikes, and other attractions, like the Aerial Tram, a highlight of our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Lots of fun pool toys for our young grandkids Everyone had a great time! We did have a bit of trouble getting in the house at the beginning but the owner responded and resolved the issue quickly. House was clean and well stocked! Perfect for three adults and two kids. Close to town.

We loved this spot! Great location! Close to downtown and local hiking spots. Pool was perfect and excellent views from the patio. Stephane was so easy to communicate with and check in and out was easy. Great spot for a girls weekend or with your family.

We had a great stay at the house on Mesquite. The location was great; so close to everything. The views of the mountains in the backyard were nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was clean and well appointed. While some of the furnishing are more vintage, everything was comfortable and worked as expected. The kitchen and its wares were well-loved but had everything we needed for cooking great meals. The host was very helpful, easy to reach and answered our questions immediately. We would come back!
