About this house rental

Welcome to Tuscan Pines Villa, our spacious, luxuriously furnished single-story villa in the "gated" community of Tuscan Hills, a "tiled roof" Mediterranean-style community in a private and peaceful setting, yet only a few minutes from Orlando's world renowned sporting and entertainment attractions. Our villa has 5 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry room, breakfast room and family room, that has Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The garage is finished and utilized as a game room with a Foosball Table, a 7' Air Hockey Table, a Hoops Basketball Game and Dart Board in the garage that is well-lighted and ventilated.
Our screened in lanai has a 55" LED TV mounted on one of the patio walls so you can enjoy sporting events or watch the news in the comfort of your patio.
The grand master suite has a king size mattress and adjoining master bath. The bedroom has access to the pool area. The two Queen en-suites each have a queen bed, clothes closet and an adjoining full bath.
The other 2 bedrooms each have 1 twin bed and 1 full-sized bed in each bedroom, with a smart TV and they share a full bath.
The villa has a large secluded (hedges surround the pool area) "heated" private pool (13' x 25') and an attached Jacuzzi spa. The pool is "south-facing", which gets full sun all day long. Guests at our villa will find our location ideal and within only a few minutes' drive to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and pharmacies.
Disney is about 15-20 minutes away without having to travel on any Interstate to get there.
We know you will enjoy staying at our villa as we strive to make it "home away from home"!!!

We stayed two weeks at the Tuscan Hills Villa. The place is perfect, it is very comfortable from the beds to the dining and kitchen for eating in or storing cold drinks and leftovers. The pool was very relaxing and nice. We played cards out on the lanai a couple nights. It is located close to all shopping, restaurants and Disney parks. We had such a great trip and would love to stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations and was exactly as advertised. We had a group of 7 friends and had plenty of space for everyone. Not one negative thing to say about this home & will certainly book it again in the future.

Property is exactly as it appears on the listing. Very spacious and clean. We were able to move around each other and our belongings easily without feeling crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed We weren’t cooking much as we were at the park morning till night every day. But it was just enough for quick breakfasts and midnight snacks. There were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very convenient location in proximity to the parks and a very nice quiet community. Highly recommended would stay here again! .

I would honestly need to write a novel to capture just how satisfied and impressed we were with our stay. Not only was it cleaner, bigger, and more luxurious than the already flattering pictures would suggest, the house is also stocked to the brim with every comfort, every extra, every last detail one could ever (and never) conceive of.I am an exceptionally "demanding" and "particular" guest. I have almost unreasonably high expectations when it comes to these things. Rick truly exceeded them all. To name a few of the perks: the pool toys, the blankets, the robes, the extra towels, the premier laundry appliances, the dishware, the board games, the first genuinely comfortable bed, the TV quality, his response time, and the professionalism of the staff who serviced the hot tub and pool.Again, I could go on. There is too much to enjoy at this property, and we didn't even get a chance to fully utilize its potential. To anyone debating the higher price point, I emphatically say, it is worth it and then some. It would practically be irresponsible not to shell out the extra money for a stay of this caliber.I am not only grateful to Rick for our stay, I'm seriously motivated to reach out to him for mentorship on how to create such a stellar vacation experience at his rental home.
