About this house rental
This renovated house is just 0.9 mi from the Oxford Square, a short walk (1.5 blocks) to restaurants, (Snack Bar, BBB, Jinsei, Volta, Good Day Cafe, Handy Andy) and 1/2 block to Avent Park. The property is located in the heart of Oxford and is the perfect rental for football/baseball games, Double Decker, Graduation, any event or just a quiet weekend get away. There are 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with daybed with pop-up trundle and a full sofa sleeper in den. The bathroom has a double vanity and shower, (no tub). The den, full kitchen and dining area is one open space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a bar with 4 stools. There is a coffee pot and a Keurig. The dining area has a table for 4. There is a full size washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (master bedroom and in den). TV has ROKU, no cable. You must log into your streaming accounts. There is a small apartment in back that quiet tenants live in.

Great property! We were in town for my son’s graduation and it was a perfect place to stay. Close to the square, lots of room, great seating, very comfortable and adorable decorations. Lisa was a wonderful host and super communicative. We loved our stay and will stay again!

House is located on a nice street within easy walking distance of restaurants. Close enough to walk to the Square if desired. We took an Uber to the football stadium, but walked home (not a super short walk, but doable) Kitchen is well equipped. Host is very responsive, and our stay was enjoyable. Only one minor thing to note: the water pressure in the shower is not very good. Other than that, I recommend and would stay here again!

We love this quaint home in the heart of Oxford. This is our third stay in 2 years and will stay many more times before our time in Oxford comes to an end. My only complaint this go-around is the kitchen is not well-stocked for cooking which I let the homeowner know about.
