About this house rental
Linn Ave Guesthouse is a five bedroom, three bathroom home that is spacious and comfortable. Whether your group numbers 2 or 12, you will find this home offers comfort and convenience at a reasonable rate.
Typically, we tell our guests that if they bring their food, clothes and personal grooming needs, they will likely find the rest of what they need (and more!) at this well-stocked location. For example, beds are made and towels are in the bathroom upon your arrival--how convenient is that?
The property is a two-story house, with full kitchens, living rooms, laundry areas, and dining areas on each of the floors. The lower level has three bedrooms (two king beds, one queen) and two bathrooms. The upper level has two queen bedrooms. There are also two pack and plays at the house, should you be traveling with little ones (thus eliminating the need to pack everything).
Three televisions are located in the home, all connected to DIRECTV. Two of the units are SMART TVs.
Wireless internet is provided, so bring your electronic toys and stay in touch during your stay.
The property is located within two blocks of Holy Family Parish/St. Joseph School and Mercy Medical Center. Because of its proximity to these, the house provides convenience when gathering for weddings, anniversary celebrations, when grandma and grandpa come home for a school event, or when you have a loved one in the hospital, and you want to remain close.
Imagine having the bridesmaids stay with you overnight and then being able to walk to the church! Or hosting your family's holiday gathering without having to clean your own home--and without trying to find sleeping room for all of the out of towners. This home offers a way to keep your guests close, but not underfoot.

We booked the house for a family reunion nearby. The house is clean, beds very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. There was plenty of room for 9 adults. Windows are new and can be opened easily. The town is quiet and walkable. Very good grocery store available Mon- Sat. Some parts of house do need updating. We all agreed we would stay here again.
