About this apartment rental
Picture yourself enjoying breakfast on our 2nd floor oversized luxury condo balcony listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Look straight on to the amazing view of endless sea and blue skies framed in lush palm trees. Our modern complex directly on the beach with 24 hour security nestles between Casa Marina Beach and Sosua by the Sea. Our local property manager will make sure you have everything you need.
Walk downstairs and a few steps and you can swim in the ocean or walk the beach. If you prefer lie on loungers by our pool under umbrellas watching the palms sway
to an ocean soundtrack.
Walk to town, groceries, bars and restaurants in a short 8 minute walk. No car is necessary but if you do rent one we have private secure parking.
We furnished our condo with the best Sealy King size bed, Theater Style leather loungers to lie in while watching our new 39' HDTV LCD TV featuring HBO, Cinemax, Showtime.
Dine on our oversized balcony or on the granite island.
The living room has an oversize floor to ceiling mirror that pulls the ocean in. The bedroom and living room each have their own air conditioners. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. The living room has 2 home theater style loungers and 2 overstuffed chairs.
The oversized bedroom has high ceilings, 4 windows and
a butter yellow soothing color with white crown molding. The Sealy Posturepedic King bed offers heavenly sleep.The cedar closet in the bedroom covers a whole wall. We have salt lamps bedside along with white night stands.
Our luxury modern condo features granite counters, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and stone floors. Our bathroom is stone and tile and features a bath tub shower
combo. There also is an outdoor shower on the grounds for when you come out of the beach or lie by the pool and jacuzzi.
Laundry room is downstairs. You can usually catch the fruit truck next door at 11am on Mondays and Fridays. 5 gallon jugs of water can be gotten at security downstairs.
Our favorite past time is breakfast and happy hour on the balcony feeling the ocean breezes and watching the ocean all the way across to the mountains of Mt. Isabel in Puerto Plata. Love also taking in the Caribbean vegetation of our complex which was designed to keep in the charm and natural beauty of the Dominican Republic. At 10 or 12pm watch the Catamarans go by on their snorkeling trip.

My wife & i stayed at this location for 15 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner answered all our questions with a prompt response. Beach front property with a beach literally seconds away & another two beaches 10 minutes away. Restaurants & grocery stores all close enough to walk. We chose Sosua for the snorkeling & found the snorkeling at Sosua Beach excellent. We could swim to the reef right from the beach.

We give this location a five star review for many reasons. If you are looking for a place that is truly beautiful, private, boutique, yet in-town and close to everything, this place is for you. We love it. First, the images on this site accurately represent the location. It really is as beautiful as it looks. The pool and the gorgeous beach are just as close as they look, literally steps away, and you can easily walk anywhere in town. Restaurants, shopping and bars are super close. The condo is spacious, comfortable, private, safe, well-stocked, quiet and lovely. Equally important, the Wi-Fi and A/C work perfectly. The balcony is very private. Also, the owner is extremely helpful with responses, suggestions and securing transportation to and from the airport.
Do note that the sun comes in very early and very bright in the bedroom. Also, note that the available beach area is very small, but gorgeous. We were asked to pay to use the sun loungers that belonged to the resort to the left of the condo. We were unaware of this policy and just brought down the loungers from the condo.

My Hubby and I stayed here for 5 nights and found it to be everything we were looking for. Steps to the beach, walking distance to everything, peaceful and relaxing. Lots of space for two people and lovely views with sunsets! We felt very safe and all the staff we dealt with were great! There was only a couple of minor things we would of liked, a larger coffee pot, a better water dispenser. The bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable but it would of been nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom. We would go back for sure!!

Great Condo on the Beach in Sosua...walking distance to everything....great security......high ceilings and tile floor....everything you need in the kitchen....great ocean view from the living room through the large french doors....nice balcony. Only negative I had was the Air Conditioning, there are two air units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The unit in the bedroom isn't large enough to cool the entire condo, it is perfect for the bedroom. Upon arrival Wendy met me at the property, the condo was vacant and was extremely hot. She turned on both air conditioners and indeed the fans were working, she instructed me to keep the bedroom door closed as to cool the bedroom more efficiently. I assumed that the air conditioners were working, and had left the condo to enjoy Sosua. When I returned hours later I walked into a very hot condo!!! The air unit in the living room was only blowing air not cooling at all, I went into the bedroom and thank goodness that unit was cooling the room. I talked to the security guard to get help and he said it would be taken care of the next day. Well, to make a long story short, I had no air conditioning in the main living area for 2 and 1/2 days. On the third day it was finally fixed but I was instructed that the remote control would not be working, so I had to use the breaker switch to turn on and off the air conditioning. I was staying at the unit in Sept which is very hot and humid, I had to open all the windows and doors to get some sort of relief from the heat. Thank goodness the bedroom unit was working, at least I could sleep comfortable. This is the first time that I have written a review, I travel very frequently and I don't complain about the small stuff, but I need air conditioning when it is that hot and humid.
