About this house rental
Just 3 minutes from Mt. Snow and 5 minutes from the charming village of Wilmington. Our vacation home is rustic yet elegant, warm & comfortable, the perfect place to enjoy the Deerfield Valley with family & friends. A gourmet kitchen complete with granite, a stainless steel 6 burner gas range, a stainless Kitchen-Aid refrigerator, soaring 2 story great room with floor to ceiling windows, gas fireplace, custom crafted barnwood dining table & 2 primary suites complete the main floor. The primary suite has a gorgeous bath with radiant heat floor, body sprays, free-standing tub & cedar lined closed. Our 2nd primary bedroom features an elegant electric fireplace, home office space & streaming tv. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms that each sleep 3 on gorgeous log beds with an updated shared bath with a heated floor. The lower level features NEW wall to wall carpeting, 50 inch flat screen tv with sectional sofa, sauna, fitness room with eliptical, treadmill, pilates & yoga gear, selection of free weights, billiards table, indoor spa & full bath. Snow offers a variety of festivals and events throughout the year including live music, mountain biking, a spring Reggae Fest, summertime Angry Orchard Festival, Harvest Wine Festival in September, Oktoberfest, winter Downhill Torch Light Parades and more!

Kristen’s property was amazing. We stayed there over president’s day weekend with another family of 4. The first floor was perfect for the adults. There was 1 primary suite and another that was sectioned off by a pocket door for their own bathroom. The 2nd floor had 2 sets of bunk beds of full or queen mattresses with a brand new jack and Jill bathroom, perfect for the kids. The place was very clean and we all stayed warm even with high winds and single digit degrees. The basement area was great for gathering folks with a pool table, jacquizzi, wellness room and another full bath. The location was close to everything and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I and our foyr kids ages 16-27 with their two of their significant others stayed for three nights. The house was beautiful, spacious and entertaining. Each night we had dinners at the large dining table, played games. The pool table, hot tub, and sauna on the lower level was perfect for our three night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Two of the days some of us went to Mount Snow for skiing and snowboarding. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a wonderful stay with plenty of room for a family of four. Everything you need in a very nice kitchen. Icemaker and water filter were not hooked up which required an extra outing. Again, some thing that would be nice to know ahead of time.We were a little disappointed that the back deck was on usable due to snow load. Plans for grilling, there was no grill. There was no outdoor fire pit. Wish we had known that in winter these were not options. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi also only had one working jet and the overall cleanliness was Disappointing. We did not use this feature of the home however the spa and gas fireplace were nice. Loved having a pool table to keep us busy in the evenings.
