Cottage is basically an efficiency, kitchenette with micro, Keurig, mini fridge, toaster, queen bed, full bathroom, smart TV. Located on a beautiful street downtown. Sheets, towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, dishes, coffee cups, provided.

We had a great stay at this property. We stayed during our trip to the Masters and it was perfect. It is very clean, cute and well appointed. The towels and sheets were very nice! Also, Christina left beverages, snacks and wine which was a very nice touch! Christina was super easy to interact with. Although theoretically you could walk to town, I wouldn’t do it as the road is busy without consistent sidewalks.I would highly recommend this property for 2 people as a great alternative to a hotel.

loverly property, situated close to downtown, and on one of the most beautiful street in Aiken. Christina & Dave, are wonderful hosts, so accommodating, We definitely will stay in their little cottage on our next visit to Aiken.

Wonderful spot. Hosts were fabulous and provided wine and snacks. Excellent choice for the Masters as Augusta is only a half hour away.
