This beautiful 3,000 sq/ft home is located in Choya Bay close to the Tuscon beach and walking distance to JJ's Cantina Restaurant. You’ll love my place because of the Coziness, Beautiful Ocean Views from the second story balcony and the comfy beds.
The Balcony upstairs has plenty of sitting area for a barbeque day and at night perfect for stargazing. Upstairs grill is charcoal and downstairs grill is propane.
This home has plenty of room and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
The upstairs has two separate Master Suite with King beds in each room, private bathrooms and balcony.

We had 14 people and never felt over crowded in the house. Owner was available right away for our question and was very helpful. We plan to stay there very year as a family.
