About this cottage rental
A spacious residence with unobstructed views to the nearby pine wood and the endless Aegean blue.
Meet the sheltered little patio with its lavenders and the emblematic palm tree, a hospitable spot any time of day. “Skepana” is the word we use in Syros for any part of the house whose orientation keeps it protected from the wind, the rain or the hot sun, and there is no better description for this patio.
On the ground floor you will find the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom with its double bed. A marble table dining suite, a kerosene lamp with a turquoise opal glass and ceramic art objects give this space its distinguishing character.
Climb the wooden ladder in the living room and you will find yourself on a loft, a favourite spot with all of our guests, little or grown-up. The view of the surrounding farm and sounds echoing from the village will make you reluctant to leave this little “nest at the top”.
There is more chance for play in the backyard under the palm tree, where a stone table, scattered logs, various toys and a swing hanging from an inviting olive tree await our little friends.

We stayed 4 nights at this property. Accommodation was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The place is conveniently located. There is a taverna and a small store within a short drive from the property. The owners are very nice and were responsive to any needs that we had. Communication was very easy and pleasant, as both Lefteris and Alexia speak good English. We were greeted with a bottle of excellent home-made wine when we checked in. Our stay on Siros was a very pleasant one. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Our stay was peaceful & comfortable. From the terrace there are beautiful views of the surrounding hills and sea beyond. The property was clean and lacked nothing. Lefteris was the perfect host.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le cottage dAlexia et Lefteris. Le lieu est magnifique et accessible. Le logement est très agréable. Toutes les plages sont facilement accessibles. Lefteris et Alexia sont vraiment à notre écoute avant et pendant le séjour et répondent très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
