Apartment OneClickRent_06-Smart House

We arrived in Chisinau about 9am and the owner did his best to get the apartment cleaned and ready for us to Check-In and drop our luggage off earlier than the original check-in time. We were able to access the apartment one hour earlier. The provided washing machine broke on us and our clothes were stuck in the washing machine. The owner came out to us within two hours and took the washing machine apart, to rescue our clothes. It transpired that the problem may of been user error. The owner is lovely. Approachable, helpful, friendly and understanding. The apartment was clean and was supplied with useful things - such as the washing machine, a clothes airer, coffee maker, etc.

For us, personally, we didn't like that although booking a three-bedroom apartment (for 3 people), only two bedrooms were "opened". It is understood that the owner automatically puts two people sharing a bed, in one room. Hence, with this assumption - three of us woukd only require two rooms. However, the three of us each sleep separately - hence why we booked this three bedroomed apartment. The owner explained that if we paid a little more money, the third bedroom would be opened up. The extra fee was to cover the expense of cleaning the extra room. It maybe an useful idea, going forward, to have the options available on the booking form, as to how many bedrooms within the apartment are required. Or, just rent out the entire apartment, as a three-bedroomed apartment. This would be the simplier option.

Не вистачало на кухні кухонних полотенець чи то руки витерти , чи просто зі столу прибрати

Все соответствует описанию, парадная и входные двери в апартаменты на коду, что очень удобно, нет привязки к одним ключам

Очень недружелюбная соседка с верхнего этажа, которая безпричинно приходила, стучала в двери, жаловалась на то, что ей постоянно мешал шум и топот, угрожала полицией. Шумных вечеринок не было, громких звуков и музыки тоже! Это было очень неприятно!!!
