The PIC was eveready to attend our phone call and assist us.

The kitchen was dirty, smelly and oily. The fridge was dirty. There are cockroaches out from the cupboards. Mop is dirty. Fan is thick with dust. Pls ensure the house is really clean before handover the keys to next visitor.
