The balcony was great and the apartment was extremely comfortable

Overall, it was a nice spot to rest with a lovely view! However, as a group of three adult women traveling with two toddlers, taking out the garbage ourselves felt inconvenient given the extra steps required with young children. Additionally, the living room TV was not working during our stay. We reached out to the host, who provided troubleshooting instructions (unplugging and resetting), but unfortunately, it still didn't work. Having a functional TV is especially helpful when keeping toddlers entertained, only the bedroom tv worked.

Having to handle basic chores like taking out the garbage was tough compared to a standard hotel stay where those details are managed for you. We also noticed mold inside the kettle, which was disappointing since we needed warm water for the toddlers (we ended up having to use the microwave instead). On top of that, there were only 3 towels provided despite having 5 guests checked in (3 adults and 2 toddlers). While this property might be fine for adults traveling solo or as a couple, managing these issues made it less ideal for group stays with young kid

Beautifully decorated penthouse. Location and view was so beautiful. Loved the fireplace and very large bedroom.

Not value for the money. They call it “luxe” suite when it is not. The apartment was all IKEA. Very poor quality the cushions on the sofas were old cheap and dirty. Not luxurious and whole building is from the 80s probably and they haven’t done any refurbishing. Looks very dated. Beside all that it is OUTRAGEOUS the amount they charge for the cleaning, specially when you have to leave everything clean and take the garbage out yourselves . What part of all this is premium?
