La posizione è ottima, l'host gentile e disponibile
Diciamo che con un po' di cura in più la struttura potrebbe essere migliore. Per esempio, i rubinetti dei bagni avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione. Sempre nei bagni occorrerebbe qualcosa dove poggiare i propri vestiti. Se decidi di togliere l'utilizzo del cucinino, e posso comprendere la decisione considerata la poca educazione della gente, almeno un bollitore, accanto la macchinetta del caffè, dovrebbe starci. Insomma, per mettere in piedi un B&B non è sufficiente mettere un letto e un arredamento minimal. Occorre anche quel minimo per cui un cliente possa sentirsi "quasi" a casa propria
