Pine-Tree Apt w/ Private Garden 50 m from the Sea

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4. The apartment is in a gated community, with wonderful greenery, and clean and maintained surroundings. Excellent for children as they can still play outside with little to no supervision and virtually no risk. The beach is only a short walk away, through shaded paths and a small grove, great for hot days. The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, quiet and well equipped. Full kitchen and appliances, washer, drier, etc, everything you would need. TV with lots of channels available, we watched both movies and football with no problem. Back garden with a covered patio and grill is available. There is a shop and a pharmacy 5 minutes away. Restaurants on the street outside and snack bars at the beach, so everything is close and convenient. We were aiming for a quiet and convenient family vacation, and this stay was excellent for that. Communication with host was great, clear and friendly, we were satisfied. Would highly recommend and will consider going back again.

AC unit in Master bedroom did not work well, but for us it was not a big problem as temperatures were not too high during our stay. Garbage dumpsters outside can become smelly and overfilled, but that is the city problem not the owners. And they are outside of the complex, not a problem until you have to pass them :).

Unser Apartement in der gepflegten Anlage hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der kurze Weg zum Meer, in das nette Tropicana...Kreative Hotelgestaltungen aller Art, für jeden Geschmack! Im Hochsommer ein Paradies für Familien mit Kindern. Ein Rummelplatz! Nachsaison empfehlenswert!

Müllentsorgung, bzw. Sauberkeit auf den Straßen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Unverständlich auch die Zigarettenentsorgung am Strand. Leider mussten wir zu unserem Entzetzen die übel riechende Entleerung durch ein riesen Rohr direkt ins Meer, wahrnehmen. Man hoffe, dass dies bald Geschichte sein wird!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Ausstattung sowie über aus nette Vermieter! Alles war sauber. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen

Prettig huis, je voelt je welkom door de prettige host. Aardig en behulpzaam. Waren genoeg spullen aanwezig, fijne bedden. Lekker buiten zitten, genoeg privacy!
