We liked the apartment's location; it was right in the city center. It was convenient, which was a plus. It was a bit noisy, of course, and we slept with the windows closed, but for deep sleepers, this won't bother them. There's an elevator and a view of the city. The water pressure is good, but the hot water supply is limited due to the boiler. For example, the three of us couldn't bathe; we had to wait for it to heat up again, which takes a while. We arrived early and were very grateful to be able to leave our luggage in the apartment while the cleaning crew cleaned and then return on time.The bed is very comfortable, there are hangers, which came in handy.

THE WORST THING about this apartment is not the dirt or damage, but the smell of dampness and mold. I was very upset, contacted the landlord and received absolutely no response, which means they know about it, but they do nothing about it and talk about it. I think this is a scam.The smell is so strong that it doesn't disappear through the windows. All our clothes smelled the same, and it was disgusting, considering they had a two-year-old child with them and they didn't care about this fact, a dry calculation of earnings.The owners' apartment is simply a rental location, and the interior is poorly maintained and cleaned, other than by damp mopping. There are broken dishes, the frying pan is unusable, the dishes are dirty and sticky, and I had to send everything before using it. Unfortunately, everything is like that... The sofa is very, very dirty, covered in stains... The TV doesn't work, the clock on the wall also doesn't work, the sink is clogged, it's impossible to use. I didn't have time to wash my face in peace before it was already full, and I had to wait 10 minutes for the water to drain. The towels are old and worn out, but the washing machine worked, and that made us happy. I don't recommend this apartment! Breathing in this mold is harmful to your health and is the worst possible disadvantage – very harmful and uncomfortable.
