About this apartment rental
This fully furnished 3rd floor condo is located in a serene setting overlooking the 9th hole of the Magnolia Brunswick Plantation course. A few extra steps, but very quiet with no noise from above. This unit boasts hardwood floors , new carpet in the bedrooms in 2021, well furnished with all the amenities for golfers and family. Flat screen TV's in bedrooms and a whopping 50 inch in living room. Well furnished for a restful retreat from the beach. Beautiful Sunset Beach is a short 10 minute drive and seafood restaurants abound in the village of Calabash, famous for their fresh seafood right off the fishing boats in Calabash. Brunswick plantation hosts 27 holes of golf, pro shop, putting green and driving range as well as restaurant and pub on site.

Anytime we come to Sunset Beach, we try to stay in Brunswick Plantation. The property is always quiet and well kept. The condo was spacious and comfy. We had everything we needed to stay and cook in. The porch is always nice to relax on. Check in is a breeze and Mr Blumberg reached out to make sure all was good :) There is plenty to do around town and the beach is just a short drive away.

The location was awesome on the golf course! It is situated by the ninth hole at Brunswick Plantation. Condo was very clean. Access to all restaurants, golf courses and grocery store in the Calabasha area. Great stay!

For the third year in a row, we went to Brunswick Plantation in this condo. The condo is perfect for our summer vacation. John is always available to help us when we have a problem. Thanks !!

We had an absolutely wonderful time, but worried about condition of condo at first that we would be thought responsible for a few minor things. When the nature of problems became evidenced (by amount of duct tape in several places, bucket catching leak, etc.) we realized that they must be known issues and we ceased to worry. None of the issues prevented us from enjoying our stay. We still felt it was a great value and a safe place to be. With the exception of towels which was manageable we had everything we needed for a super vacation. We really enjoyed our stay.This property needs attention to:roaches, plumbing issues, dryer lint trap, sliding door latch, AC condensation leak, broken bathroom towel bars and tub hand hold, loose kitchen tiles, some inoperable outlets, dishwasher sprayer and soap dispenser stick sometimes, shade pulls attached with duct tapeReservation was for six adults; four towels and four washcloths were provided and two dish towels.
