Beautiful mountain top cottage with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean Sea

Comfortable lodging with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Access to the property is challenging

The property and stay had everything we were looking for a relaxed, beautiful place to end our babymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and shown the ropes by the host. Should anything be needed during the stay, you can bet you would be taken care of. The view alone should be enough to convince you. The bed was very comfortable. There is an ac available, although we enjoyed opening up the windows for a fresh, cool breeze throughout the night. We would love to come back for any future visits to the island.

My wife and I honeymooned here and it was everything we hoped for. It's a sweet little cottage just right for two with an elevated view of the north coast that is absolutely amazing. The kitchen is adequate for preparing simple meals including a propane grill on the spacious deck. The driveway is a bit challenging but we managed it in an economy car which was all that was available at the time. I jeep would be preferable. I highly recommend this lovely small home for a romantic getaway if you like something quiet and out of the way. This is also a great place for birdwatchers if you like that sort of thing. We saw several species for the first time from the deck.

Overall, this is a good property if you want to be closer to the nature on St Croix. The cottage is nestled in the hillside overlooking Cane Bay. It is a good sized cottage for two people. The view is gorgeous, it is private, the bed is comfortable, the sofa is comfortable. The kitchen and bath are bare minimum and the deck needs to be replaced. There is currently no table on the deck but there are deck chairs and a sunshade. The cottage is tidy but needs a good deep cleaning. The host is very responsive. You may want to rent a high clearance vehicle since the roads to the cottage are rural and rutted. We had a jeep and enjoyed the adventure. Overall this cottage was in a central location but rural. It had everything we needed but we wished there was better kitchen equipment and was cleaned more thoroughly.
