This lovely 4-bedroom 3-bath home in downtown St. Ignace is just 1 block from the public marina and boardwalk. Perfect walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything St. Ignace has to offer! The home offers a fenced in yard for your fur baby and spacious deck and garden for your own relaxation.
Whether you choose to spend your evening outside on the deck, inside playing games, or curled up in front of the TV, we have everything you'll need -- cards, board games, puzzles, DVD player and Roku with high speed internet to log into your favorite streaming service.
The dining table expands to allow for larger groups/families to sit around the table together, and with a fully equipped kitchen, you can save your money for the important things (like fudge!), instead of eating out for every meal. You will have to try a pasty or 2 while you're here, though.
With 3 full and updated bathrooms, a rarity for the area, you won't have to wait long for your turn to shower after a day at the sand dunes, Tahquamenon Falls, Mackinac Island, or a jaunt across the Mighty Mac!
The first-floor master bedroom and bathroom, though not completely accessible, is perfect for members of the family who aren't able to do a lot of stairs. Just one step up to get into the house, and they will have just as much fun as the rest of the family!
And, because the only thing worse than bringing home a suitcase full of dirty laundry (and sand), is having to spend hours at a laundromat, feel free to use the spacious laundry room during your stay.

We had a large group, so the 4 bed 3bath was what we were looking for, this house did not disappoint. The master was nice and spacious for our son, his wife and 5-month-old, lots of space for a play pen and gear. The other rooms were clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of dishes, eating utensils, cooking pans, utensils, crock pots, large electric griddle, bundt pan, and more. Bathrooms were wonderful, water pressure excellent, plenty of towels, we never had an issue with loss of hot water. the sunroom and backyard were wonderful places to play games and enjoy the company. Would defiantly recommend.

The space was good for 4 couples and a toddler. However the property was not clean when we arrived, the grass was in need of mowing, and the yard had several piles of dog poop! The deck was rotting and the paint was peeling. I contacted the property management company and complained. They said my cleaning fee would be refunded. It hasn't been yet, but I will keep on them until I see a credit on my VISA.
