We received a warm welcome from Pierre who proudly showed us around his both.It is a cosy, clean and relaxing little haven in which we enjoyed an evening amongst friends.Pierre gives excellent advice to discover the region, we have truly enjoyed our little walk on the 'bief des péniches'.Thank you Pierre for this lovely stay!

Place is amazing , lovely location really helpful host and so accommodating. Very clean , comfy beds, we also used sofa bed which was comfy too! Extra pillows and bedding plus all you need in kitchen . Outdoor area lovely to have meals and relax in evening . Lovely on the water and nice to stay in something different , my older children loved this too. Would have loved to stay longer and relaxed on the river. Recommendations for eating local pizza/ pasta place was really good and great value for money , small kids menu but meals were lovely and home made . Definitely go back if anywhere near !!!

We enjoyed our stay on the barge. It made for an interesting overnight stop on our road trip. We had to watch the children by the water / on the entry to the boat - but all was fine. There are two beds and a sofa bed - which converted to a bed easily. We went to the nearby pizza restaurant, which was very nice.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Schlafzimmer waren gemütlich. Für die Kinder waren die Nächte auf dem Boot ein echtes Abenteuer. Monsieur Henrion war ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und charmanter Mann. Wir würden jederzeit wieder auf dem Boot übernachten. Herzlichen Dank, Stefanie

Séjour très original et confortable. Nous avons particulièrement appércié l'accueil et la visite des installations techniques de la péniche. Prendre l'apéritif sur le pont extérieur du bateau était très agréable.

Location qui s'est bien déroulée, je recommande fortement cette péniche propre, fonctionnel tout est bien à sa place et très confortable. Il faisait bon vivre à l'intérieur avec les radiateurs allumez en plein hiver. Merci pierre je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Merci pour ce beau séjour. Avec les beau temps pour cette période de l'année, nous avons pu profiter parfaitement de l'environnement et du logement exceptionnel. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont réalisé nos souhaits supplémentaires. Une merci extra pour ça!!! Dank der ungewöhnlichen und picobello sauberen Unterkunft hatten wir einen entspannten Jahreswechsel. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und entspannt. Wir hatten ein paar Extrawünsche die ohne weiteres umgesetzt wurden. Ein extra Dank dafür! Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt und wir konnten die herrliche Umgebung genießen.

De bootaccommodatie biedt alles wat nodig is en is een bijzondere beleving. Aan te raden aan iedereen die graag eens een ongewone slaapplaats wil. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, alles verliep naar wens. We hebben goed geslapen mede doordat de bedmatrassen van goede kwaliteit zijn! Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.

Michel ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und ist sehr hilfreich. Das Hausboot ist eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Es war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind am Abend im Kanal schwimmen gegangen - das Wasser war relativ sauber. Am nächsten Morgen erschien das Wasser nicht sehr einladend - über Nacht wurde doch einiger Plastikmüll angeschwemmt. Außer dieses Umstandes können wir uns nicht beklagen. Das nahegelegene Schiffhebewerk ist ein nettes Ziel für einen Spaziergang. Und das Hausboot selber ist sehr schön und sauber.

Nous avons passé une agréable soirée/nuit.Logement original, propre, au calme.Cadre agréable et reposant.Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Mise à disposition d'objets/matériels de première nécessité et bien utiles. Manque juste un peu de place dans les cabines de couchage et des portes afin d'améliorer l'intimité.Nous recommandons☺

Très bien accueillis, la péniche est très bien équipé et trop chouette ! Je la conseille à tous ceux qui veulent passer un moment dans un endroit insolite ! Les environs sont aussi magnifiques (plan incliné, canal...) à faire absolument. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !!!!!!

Accueil chaleureux. La péniche est proche du plan incliné de Ronquiere, ça mérite d'être vu. Aménagée avec goût, dans l'esprit marinier, fonctionnelle, on s'y sent bien. Nous y retournerons, et recommandons à tous ceux qui veulent vivre un moment de détente et un dépaysement.
