About this house rental

The accommodation "Al Raggio di Sole" is located in the center of the quiet village of Sant'Orsola Terme and enjoys an excellent view over the Valle dei Mòcheni.
A few steps from the apartment you can find shops, bars, restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and other services.

From our town there are numerous paths to be practiced on foot or by mountain bike, which will make you discover the magic of the Valle dei Mòcheni.

Diese Fewo ist super gelegen umgeben von schönen Bergen und die Städte Fersen und Trient sind in unter 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Eine Trentino Guest Card ist inklusive und gewährt sehr viele kostenlose Freizeitmöglichkeiten und vergünstigte Eintrittspreise. Leider ist die Wohnung jedoch sehr dunkel (nur kleine Bullaugenfenster in Kniehöhe) und gewährt kaum einen Blick auf diese schöne Umgebung. Der kleine Balkon eignet sich auch nicht wirklich zum draußen sitzen. Es ist jedoch möglich, auf der mit Steinplatten ausgelegten Terrasse zu sitzen. (Einen Tisch und Stühle dort wären noch super) Die Wohnung ist nur durch eine Schiebetür zum Treppenhaus getrennt und dadurch nur durch die Haustür abschließbar. Bei einer tagsüber relativ hohen Außentemperatur von um die 25 Grad kam es trotzdem vor, dass die geräumige Wohnung abends kühl wurde und aufgrund fehlender Heizkörper nur der Gasherd/Backofen in der Küche Wärme spenden kann. Der Backofen hat Ober oder Unterhitze. Zusätzlich zum Herd und Backofen sind in der Küche vorhanden: -Kleine Waschmaschine -Ausreichend Geschirr, usw. (Schneidbrettchen haben gefehlt) -Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank (recht groß) Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, sprechen Deutsch und erkundigen sich nach dem Wohlbefinden. Wir bedanken uns trotz vieler kleinen Dinge die uns etwas gestört haben bei dem Vermieter und hoffen, dass die Wohnung weiter optimiert wird! Wer mit den genannten Dingen leben kann findet hier jedoch eine für Trentino kostengünstige und sehr gut gelegene Fewo ;) Weitere Empfehlungen: -Wanderführer "Vizentiner Alpen" Rother Verlag -Castell Pergine
