The staff were professional and pleasant. Beautiful hotel, cleanliness was great. I liked that it was connected to the other hotels.
I especially didn't like the lack of a microwave in the rooms and that there were no available microwaves for guests to warm up leftovers. I didn't like that there isn't free parking and the valet service is so costly.
