- 100 m² private parking and garden with greenery and shade overlooking the sea and St Tropez, paved terrace equipped with barbecue garden furniture
-2 double bedrooms with 140 cm bed, convenient wardrobes
-1 veranda with leather sofa for relaxation
-1 TV lounge / library with poufs, sofa and leather armchair with sea and St Tropez view.
- 1 dining area in solid pine
- 1 independent kitchen fully equipped, handmade woodwork, stools / bench in solid pine for meals
- 1 bathroom: shower cabin, sink embedded in earthenware laid house. It contains WC and washing machine.
Access to the sea is directly at the exit of the fenced property.
Rental according to season:
It is possible to rent the apartment at the weekend for a minimum of 3 nights, but in the off-season only.
In summer, the minimum rental is 1 week from Saturday to Saturday.
In this villa there are 2 apartments facing south, not overlooked, facing the sea and St Tropez and 60m from small sandy coves. Waterfront and yet in the city center (1 km, 12 minutes on foot) and quiet.

Maison de vacances avec vue sur mer fonctionnelle. La clim est appréciable. La mer est à 100m à pieds et le centre ville à 1km.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sainte Maxime. La maison est agréable, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et plein de bons conseils pour découvrir la région.

Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques.
Appartement propre mais manque d'entretien ainsi que le jardin.
Dommage que l'on voit la mer que lorsque on est debout.
Il faut préciser la présence d'un locataire à l'année au dessus qui est un "lève tôt" !
