LAKE VIEW 3 Bd/2BA HOUSE JUST STEPS FROM THE BEACH

How wonderful to have the pictures of the property meet our expectations and even exceeded them upon arrival. Our home for four days was perfect! We spent time in the living room, the back yard, and the front porch enjoying the U.S. Women's Soccer game against The Netherlands, and also enjoying the sun as it moved across the sky. We appreciated meeting the owners upon our arrival. That was an added bonus for us. The information included about places to eat and things to do helped as well.

This cabin was great! The pictures are accurate but we felt that the amenities went beyond.. Totally well Stocked and thought out Kitchen. Beds SO. Comfortable.The jacuzzi tub downstairs was a bonus. We had an issue with the hot water but the owner Peter came quickly and fixed it himself, staying until he was sure all was working. We would definitely book again. Maureen &JB

The home was immaculate and well laid out. It is just across the street from the lake where you can rent kayaks and just down the road from King's beach which is very nice and you can parasail, jetski, kayak....

We found the location to be nice and the house itself worked for our family. Was nice to have a gas grill in the back. Another nice thing was that we could walk to the zipline park (20min but a nice walk if you don't mind the hill at the end). Of note, one of the upper balcony posts was very loose. House was fairly clean. Had some trouble checking in early and were told the house wasn't cleaned yet (owner suddenly walked up (must live nearby) didn't introduce himself or seem welcoming at all and seemed bothered by our early arrival and he went into house while we were outside and said 'still being cleaned' and walked away) so waited on the porch for an hour with a 7 month old on a hot day until the cleaners return (their car was in the driveway but they were cleaning another house). When cleaners came back on foot, they went inside and were in the house for literally 20 seconds to grab some cleaning rags from the dryer and said ok, you can go in. On the positive note, we were allowed to check-in 1 hour early but to not let us go in or because cleaning rags drying while we waited in the heat with a tired baby was a little much we thought. The house was 100% completely ready except for that. That first impression / interaction really tainted our experience and will rent elsewhere next time.
