Directly across from the golf course, a 4200 square-foot home. Three levels. One bedroom downstairs. Master bedroom and small bedroom on the main floor. Large kitchen and family room and library on the main floor. Three bedrooms upstairs. Five bathrooms total. Weight room downstairs. Stairstepper, treadmill, recumbent bike. Sleeps 12 comfortably in beds. Minutes from downtown Kearney, 4 1/2 hours from Denver due east, and 2 1/2 hours from Omaha to the West.

We really enjoyed our stay! For me, the home was even better than the pictures. The living spaces were roomy and very comfortable, our large group didn't feel crowded at all. Everyone reported good sleeps on comfortable mattresses. The kitchen had all the supplies to cook for and/or host a large party.Kearney is a really lovely town, it was a great visit all around.

Great place to stay. Grandkids enjoyed watching movies in the theater. Heber was very easy to work with and very quick to answer any questions or concerns. Would definitely staybhere again.
