We love staying in this area of Okaloosa Island. It’s perfectly located to restaurants and to the beach! Great condo for the whole family.

Overall experience was really nice. My family would definitely choose to stay here again. Everything we needed was in the condo and that made our stay really relaxing.
There were renovations taking place. That wasn't a bother, but there was no hallway lighting in the exterior hallway and that felt like a safety concern.
Another suggestion is to put clear instructions on how to lock the door behind us. We were a bit confused on that on day one. Also, a sturdier door frame would make guests feel safer. You could see into a large gap around the front door and the door frame had been split like someone had busted into it.
These are just some suggestions. The condo overall was really enjoyable, and the owners have thoughtfully accommodated their guests. We would love to return here next year and see how the renovations came out.

When I say "less", I'm referring to the number of people we had to share the beach with. When all the larger complex's beaches were covered with umbrellas to the left and to the right of us, we had 4-6 each day set up for our use. The condo is excellent for a family getaway. We were in #403. Three bedrooms, three full baths. The master upstairs is divine. The living room and kitchen were perfect. Balconies on both floors is awesome. The upper balacony does not have a roof and it makes for beautiful star gazing. Just do it!
